1. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, depending on the tour/package.

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or approved online methods.

Prices are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour start date will receive a full refund minus any transaction fees.

Cancellations made between 10 to 5 days prior to the tour will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 5 days before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

Some tours may have special cancellation terms, which will be communicated before booking.
This policy is designed to balance flexibility with fairness — we understand plans change, and we want to accommodate you as much as possible while also managing the preparations and costs involved in running quality tours. This helps ensure a win-win for both our clients and ZanzibarLifestyle.
3. Changes and Modifications

Clients may request changes to bookings subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

ZanzibarLifestyle reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen events. In such cases, we will offer alternatives or full refunds.
4. Liability

Clients participate in all activities at their own risk.

ZanzibarLifestyle is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during tours.

Clients are responsible for securing travel insurance that covers health, accidents, and cancellations.
5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure they meet health and fitness requirements for specific activities.

Visas, vaccinations, and travel documents are the client’s responsibility.

Clients should follow the guidance and instructions of our guides and staff for safety.
6. Force Majeure

ZanzibarLifestyle is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
